DESIGN STRATEGY, ARCHITECTURAL DELIVERY & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATION
Maltese architect with close to two decades of experience across residential, hospitality, heritage, and development scale projects. The work operates at the intersection of architecture, coordination, and project delivery, with a strong foundation rooted in spatial clarity, proportion, atmosphere, and long term spatial value.
Over time, the role evolved beyond architectural design into broader involvement across feasibility studies, consultant coordination, procurement direction, project planning, and development support within complex real estate environments.
THE GRAND MANSIONS, THE VERDALA TERRACES, RABAT MASTER PLANNED BY C&K ARCHITECTS FOR AX GROUP WITH INTERIOR DEVELOPMENT COORDINATED BY PERIT NIKKI
Working closely with developers, multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, client teams, and operators has developed a strong understanding of how architectural intent, commercial realities, operational requirements, and construction delivery must align throughout a project lifecycle.
Experience spans luxury residential developments, hospitality environments, adaptive reuse, and mixed use projects requiring coordination across design teams, technical consultants, procurement processes, project stakeholders, and construction realities.
A strong foundation in adaptive reuse continues to inform an interest in buildings carrying memory and cultural weight. Guided by a restrained architectural language rooted in movement through space, user experience, functionality, and longevity, the work focuses on reawakening buildings for contemporary life while retaining architectural integrity.
